1. Eligibility for Refund

  • Item must be returned within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable
  • Opened beauty, skincare, or hygiene products
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence by the customer

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@waduha.store with your order number and reason for return
  2. Our team will respond within 2–3 business days
  3. Once approved, ship the item back to our provided address
  4. After receiving and inspecting the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

4. Refund Methods

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method:

  • Bank Transfer — within 5–7 business days
  • Store Credit — within 24 hours (optional)
  • Cash on Delivery orders — refunded via bank transfer

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@waduha.store with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.


6. Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or damaged item) — we cover the shipping cost
  • If the return is due to a change of mind — customer bears the shipping cost
